Enrolment Information
Sorrento Primary School is a local intake school which means that all compulsory aged children who live in the intake area are guaranteed enrolment.
Please refer to our local intake area map. We do consider applications for enrolment for students living outside the local intake area, but acceptance of these applications is dependent upon room being available within our current class structure.
New Enrolments
To enrol at Sorrento PS you will need to complete an Application for Enrolment form. The following information is also essential and must be provided at the time of enrolment.
- Birth certificate;

Please refer to the table to determine the year level students will be enrolled in.
If your child is currently enrolled in Kindergarten, you will need to re-enrol them for their next year of schooling.
Contributions and Charges
Enabling the school to maximise the quality of the learning program for students requires the provision of resources and activities. The provision of these resources and activities is, in part, met by voluntary contributions and charges. These voluntary contributions and charges are permitted by the Education Act and approved by the School Board. Your support in payment of voluntary contributions and charges benefits students and is sincerely appreciated.
