Curriculum

All children are supported to reach their full potential. We pursue excellence, we offer innovative and inspiring learning programs, we support each other academically and socially.

Students at Sorrento Primary School seek to achieve academic excellence through comprehensive, creative, challenging and responsive learning programmes. In 2011 The Australian Curriculum was introduced and implemented in English, Mathematics, Science and History. Students also undertake programmes in the following learning areas; Technology and Enterprise, Health and Physical Education, French, Visual Arts and Music.
