Sorrento Primary School has a dedicated staff who strive for high standards in teaching and learning by continually improving their own professional knowledge and expertise to ensure students are provided with a high quality education. We focus on providing a school that is collaborative, inclusive and maintaining whole school approaches to engage and improve student learning.

Great schools are a shared responsibility and we are fortunate at Sorrento Primary School to have a dynamic and vibrant school where there is strong community, parent and family involvement. I encourage parents and care givers to be involved in the life of the school. We have a highly motivated and active P&C Association whose contributions benefit our students. Becoming active in the school’s P&C committee is an excellent way to increase involvement and to work as a team to support and encourage children’s learning and development. Furthermore, our involvement in the Duncraig Network extends our partnership in the community, providing for seamless and smoother transitions for our students.
